1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cloudvaporco.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Age Restriction

Our products contain nicotine and are intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the physical product. We make every effort to display accurate stock availability, but errors may occasionally occur.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For bank transfer orders, your order will be processed once payment is verified. Orders are subject to stock availability.

We operate velocity limits on orders per phone number to protect against fraud. Repeated placement of orders that are not collected or cancelled may result in your number being blocked.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Egypt. Estimated delivery times are 48 hours for Cairo & Giza and 48–96 hours for other cities, calculated from the ship date. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Free delivery applies on orders above 750 EGP. Delivery fees for orders below this threshold are displayed at checkout. We ship Sunday through Wednesday; orders placed before 3 PM on a ship day will ship the same day.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of e-liquid products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, unless the product is faulty or was delivered incorrectly. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cloudvaporco.com.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Cash on Delivery orders that are refused on arrival without prior notice may result in restrictions on future orders.

7. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 1 point per 10 EGP spent on qualifying orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time. Points will be reversed on cancelled orders.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cloudvaporco.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, brand names, logos, and product designs — is the property of Cloud Vapor Co. and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Cloud Vapor Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
